C'mon, man. I know you two like to go at it in the comments, but this is a reach. Renaming or nicknaming ≠ contradiction. I do that all the time.

Ex. The Kobe 8 Protro Halo is the proper name, but I call them the Taylor Swifts because they're the whitest of white.

😏 Maybe a reach in some instances, but not in this case. Had I said the same thing, I wouldn't hear the end of it.

How did I contradict myself? When did I ever state that I owned the Pura X View? Pitiful attempt at trolling, as you can't even comprehend what I typed. 😂

You can't even comprehend what you type. Even if this was an "attempt at trolling" like you erroneously assume, the "attempt" worked because here you are taking the "🪤" right on cue. Your assumption, not mine. I'm just throwing right back at you just like I always do.

"of course one being having to deal with that garbage of a carrier, T-Mobile. That's another story for another day."

Dude, I used to go hard for T-Mo, but that was from 2000-2004. Been on VZW ever since & understand that you get what you pay for.

"That being said, there was a particular Honor phone that I wanted, Honor being a far more suitable choice imo."

There are some really great phones out there that we in the States don't have access to. I guess it's a good thing because by the time I'd be snatching all these phones up I wouldn't have any money left to go on vacation to take fly ass pics with said phones. I already know my wife wouldn't like that. 😂

The service itself isn't bad. I just hate the shenanigans and the insistence on using that 🤬 app TLife. That app is hot garbage for sure.

I kinda hate the ban now because we used to get a lot of great phones back in the day. Several from Asus and ZTE. I'm tired of seeing the same thing in stores like the iPhone 🤮.

Oh I agree. I'm pretty sure it can be, with some sacrifices of course one being having to deal with that garbage of a carrier, T-Mobile. That's another story for another day.

Definitely not "trolling" or doing anything for years outside of dealing with the occasional aggressively combative comments since first coming here in 21.

That being said, there was a particular Honor phone that I wanted, Honor being a far more suitable choice imo.

"Huawei devices work well on T-Mobile, and any carrier that uses their network, like Mint Mobile."

Oh yeah because everyone wants to use or have access to T-Mobile. Oh wait, you're just twisting the narrative to fit your agenda. 😏

"He's definitely trolling, and has been doing so for years. Why else would he continuously make comments about devices he's never used before in a negative manner, as if what he's saying is factual? He's also been aggressively combative towards comments on Pixel related articles."

Oh you want to play that card? You've been doing the same shtick for over a decade now, apparently under multiple aliases. Remember you started attacking me several years ago when I first started coming to PA. And let's not kid ourselves, you ousted your own family member right here in the comments section and got personal just because you were getting decimated. You're the last one to talk about anyone being aggressively combative.

"Honor phone are pretty good as well, especially with them being formally owned by Huawei and still using Huawei's DNA. Honor still goes on record praising Huawei, as well."

Lol, you're acting like I've never praised Huawei for anything. Again, twisting the narrative. I just recently praised them in the latest wearable article, the same one where you decided to again be aggressively combative.

Oh we definitely know it can be used in the states, as a vocal individual has constantly reminded us with aggression. 🙄

I mean sure, anecdotal evidence shows that it can be, but just because something can be doesn't mean that it should based on upon some factors. I said DOA outside of China for those particular reasons. Especially compared to other OEMs that aren't as limited.

😏 Course we already know that one particular area Huawei did have Samsung's number in, and PA STILL has yet to republish that article. 🤣

Celebrating REGIONAL domestic sales while your "global" devices are running an isolated, Frankenstein OS missing out on standard Western services isn't what I would call'innovation'—it's severe coping with an ecosystem exile. Keep cheering for hardware stats from a walled garden that the rest of the world has to side-load just to keep breathing. 😏

The only one babbling is you lol. They work just fine outside of China, unless you live in the land of the "free", then you might have some issues.

Calling sideloaded emulation apps like 'EasyAbroad' and 'DroiTong' proof of native access for a forked pseudo Android OS is utterly hilarious. Resorting to 3rd party band-aids just to have standard functionality and global services on a crippled OS isn't a feature—it's an admission of guilt and insecurity because your phone is an international outcast.

Lol like I said, you can't even comprehend what I type, and it shows. And thanks for admitting that your comment was a pitiful attempt at trolling. I have an uncanny ability to make you admit to trolling, and it shows lol. And nice deflecting from the fact that you can't prove that I contradicted myself. You make this too easy.

It's definitely a reach, like you said. That's why he can't provide any proof that it isn't. It's always just lip service with him.

I know I've been saying I'm going to pull the trigger on importing one for almost 2 years, but this one really might be it since I'm still not fully sold on foldables yet even though the Find N6 & Vivo Fold 5 are the top 2 IMO. But something about this form factor has me hooked. I went to Best Buy looking to see if they had the Duo on display (they didn't) & the design of everything that's currently out all look dated compared to this phone.

Do it!!!!!! You won't regret it. As you you would be new to the OS, there may be a learning curve, as with anyone using a new OS, but the smoothness and fluidity will have you hooked. I can provide assistance with anything you may need help with. I do agree that design looks fresh. My Pura X (when unfolded), looks exactly like this phone from the front.

I also think that we are going to see other OEM's re-adopt this form factor. Honor is already jumping on board, but I knew they would. Honor was formally owned by Huawei, and still uses Huawei's DNA in their devices. They are basically Huawei with access to Google Services.

Honor phone are pretty good as well, especially with them being formally owned by Huawei and still using Huawei's DNA. Honor still goes on record praising Huawei, as well.

"Oh yeah because everyone wants to use or have access to T-Mobile. Oh wait, you're just twisting the narrative to fit your agenda. 😏"

No one said anything about anyone wanting to use or having access to T-Mobile. I simply stated a fact about Huawei devices working fine on T-Mobile and on any Carrier that uses their network. You're the one spinning things to fit your agenda. 😏

"Oh you want to play that card? You've been doing the same shtick for over a decade now, apparently under multiple aliases. Remember you started attacking me several years ago when I first started coming to PA. And let's not kid ourselves, you ousted your own family member right here in the comments section and got personal just because you were getting decimated. You're the last one to talk about anyone being aggressively combative."

The above from you reads at "pot, meet kettle". You have been here on this site for much longer than I have, under multiple accounts such as mxyzptlk, your first account here. Even others here like Crispin, Aeglish, Vanced and DJOne have called you mxyzptlk, because they know who you really are. You've been attacking me since your mxyzptlk account, and have been aggressively combative against me because I got multiple accounts of yours banned from this site. And lets not ourselves, you even became aggressively combative with Pimpin because he asked you a simple question that you could not provide an answer for, because you lack any experience with the OS he questioned you about. You're the one that can't talk about being aggressively combative.

"Lol, you're acting like I've never praised Huawei for anything. Again, twisting the narrative. I just recently praised them in the latest wearable article, the same one where you decided to again be aggressively combative."

What does your sneak diss comment about Huawei wearables have to do with Honor giving Huawei high praise? And how did I become aggressively combative on an article that I didn't respond to anyone one? Make it make sense lol.
