"The Pura X Wide is my next Huawei"

Is that this phone or another one?

It's this phone. I'm such a fan of the wide apsect ratio.

So the people I've seen on YouTube using it outside of China are lying?

I fux with this phone. If Samsung doesn't make something like it in the next couple years I might just have to import this one.

He's just trolling because it's something that I prefer. He's been doing it for years now. He's never used a HarmonyOS powered device, or even a Huawei device running on EMUI, so he's not speaking from a place of experience. That's why he never answers any questions of personal usage of these devices.

The only one babbling is you lol. They work just fine outside of China, unless you live in the land of the "free", then you might have some issues.

He's definitely babbling. I live in the U.S., and like many other people that use Huawei devices outside of China, the devices work just fine. Just watch, he will flip flop with his next response because Pimpin just called him out about saying this phone being "DOA" outside, which it is most certainly not.

Yeah, I meant this phone, the Pura X View. I've been calling it the Pura X Wide as an alternative, but the actual name is Pura X View.

My favorite phone was my original Huawei Ascend Mate back in the day. WIDER aspect ratio.

If they would ever be allowed to legally have the play store, full boat android, & FCC approval in the, states, I'd get another one in a second!

No standard OEM warranty.

No wide carrier compatibility.

No direct access to popular apps and services.

Working "just fine" is a stretch when you have other more capable OEMs that work even better outside of China. I'm definitely not babbling at all despite what genius wants to claim or assume. And you know what they say about assuming. 🫏

And that's a very small some because I've seen YouTube videos of people using it in the States.

Oh we definitely know it can be used in the states, as a vocal individual has constantly reminded us with aggression. 🙄

I mean sure, anecdotal evidence shows that it can be, but just because something can be doesn't mean that it should based on upon some factors. I said DOA outside of China for those particular reasons. Especially compared to other OEMs that aren't as limited.

😏 Course we already know that one particular area Huawei did have Samsung's number in, and PA STILL has yet to republish that article. 🤣

Oh I agree. I'm pretty sure it can be, with some sacrifices of course one being having to deal with that garbage of a carrier, T-Mobile. That's another story for another day.

Definitely not "trolling" or doing anything for years outside of dealing with the occasional aggressively combative comments since first coming here in 21.

That being said, there was a particular Honor phone that I wanted, Honor being a far more suitable choice imo.
