Your comment makes no sense. So you took advantage of great pricing for years, which nobody else gets for that amount of lines and the moment it goes up, you will leave to another company who will charge you way more for shty service all bc you couldn't still get your way

If you read their comment they say “if the price went up substantially.” Who is to say there’s any price difference at that point. I swapped to ATT after the forced price hikes and migration. Coverage in the city is similar and in rural areas it blows T-Mobile out of the water. Plus they gave me a killer deal on the 5,000-5,000Mbps internet. I’m not loyal to a corporation, I’m loyal to service quality and pricing.

I pay 250 for TWO lines with T-Mobile…when it was 3 lines, it was $360🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️…I’ve been with them since 2008…not sure what I’m doing wrong. But I’m about to switch to spectrum

I would look at other MVNOs. If a fiber provider comes through you don’t want to be locked to Spectrum internet. If you ever cancel the internet, the price can go up $20 a line and they won’t let you add lines or upgrade. There’s a lot of other good MVNO choices out there.

I'm not a T-Mobile customer so this is new to me. I didn't get a sense of why everyone doesn't want to use this app. It's not like the AT&T app is very good either. Is it something more than that? Is it that they don't have any human customer service anymore? I feel like this article needs a rewrite so that it isn't just for current customers but may serve as a warning to anybody looking to move to T-Mobile.

People leaving due to price hikes, forced plan migrations, better deals at competitors. Not the app.
