I pay $81/months for one line. I trialed MVNOs, but they don't offer 5G speeds outside of metropolitan areas. So, I guess I know what I'm paying extra for

So, T-Mobile customers are going to leave.

Verizon customers want SpaceX to buy Verizon because they're not happy.

I guess everybody is going to AT&T.

They dont have any plans that are 250 for 2 lines. Like zero. You need to call them. You might be on 2 single line plans rather than 2 lines combined for family plan savings. It happens

Must b on old data overages and over minutes non unlimited plan lol been talking before free nights era 😆 🤣 😂 😹

I already switched me and my mom to Boost back in March, although it was because of the price I was paying for 2 lines, not the T-Life app

The app is definitely flawed. I was having an eSIM issue and could not activate my phone number through esim on my phone because it said it could not verify the phone on the network. How are you supposed to activate a phone with an esim on the tea Life app if it can't verify the network? What's the point of self-sim support if you can't do it. I would leave T-Mobile in a heartbeat they are not what they used to be they are the absolute opposite of the uncarrier.

What are all you talking about. How often do you even need to use the Tlife app? You all act as if you live on the app. I have had tmo for years and never have issues ordering or getting benefits and changing plans in seconds. Could it be user error? I have asked several friends and family and no one says they have issues. All of them say they barely use it. 1 out of about 30 said it gave an error when processing an upgrade. However she said once she changed the plan to current plan, (no fees where added to do so) everything was fine. Also I am very close with Tmo, even I dont use it as much as you all. Where else can you get free movie tickets, concierge services, about $900.00 a year in savings on just perks? NOWHERE! Stop complaining and understand this is where we need to go to afford the network they need to build to compete. It is not always about profit. It is about survivability also which many of you socialists don't even understand. Wait till you start your own business if you ever leave the house.

The issue is that they are trying to use the app to replace staff. If they can make you self sufficient on the app, then they can lay people off. I am not for that when I go to the grocery store I don't even use self checkout. Believe me I'm a Republican, but I'm not for AI taking jobs. And that's what they are doing with the app.

I switched to AT&T fiber and cellular when it came through. The wider cell coverage has been nice, and the 5,000-5,000Mbps internet has been so much faster and more stable. Couldn’t imagine going back unless the brought back John Legere and built fiber past too.

You get what you pay for .. my mom switched over to AT&T along with her 6 lines a few months ago and she's considering switching back. . she gets poor cell reception in the elevators, loses signal at Sam's Club/Costco sometimes, and the internet is slow unless you pay more... She mainly gets frustrated with YouTube videos needing to buffer. We've complained to AT&T.. they've opened "tickets" lol... I'm sure they hear about this all the time.

I love T-Mobile. I don't mind paying more. I have the experience beyond plan. I wish I could chat with T-Mobile on my PC without having to use a screen mirroring app.

Very location dependent. Around me they’re about equal in the city, but T-Mobile has laughably poor rural coverage.
