So, T-Mobile customers are going to leave.

Verizon customers want SpaceX to buy Verizon because they're not happy.

I guess everybody is going to AT&T.

btw, i don't have any issues with t-life.

I switched last month after they raised my cost again for what feels like the 100th time. 5 lines of service should not cost 250 dollars a month. I was a customer of 14yrs

I pay 250 for TWO lines with T-Mobile…when it was 3 lines, it was $360🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️…I’ve been with them since 2008…not sure what I’m doing wrong. But I’m about to switch to spectrum

If I didn't get the Military Savings, I'd probably get Louis Rossmann's Phreeli. Mostly anonymous and no frills, prioritizes privacy over all else. But on topic, the T-Life app is pretty convient. I don't see what difference it makes to have it split between many apps. They'd still be gutting themselves, either way. With what the other carriers are doing right now, I'm sticking with T. Verison has literally, as of today, gotten rid of their customer web forums- you can't interact with other customers or tech reps, you are restricted to their AI chatbots and outsourced phone reps. With the Military savings for the Experience Beyond, it's the best deal for what I get- my bill has actually gone down since they switched me from Go Next to Ex Beyond. For 4 lines, my bill is about $140-160/m. The reassurance from satellite is largely what is keeping me. I like knowing that if I'm in a plane crash in the middle of the ocean, or get stranded on the mountain pass on a trip to the city, I can call for help- PTSD related anxieties. Data is really good- it's gotten good enough to compete with my apartment's countless wifi routers. The hotspot's impressive enough for me to play Genshin on a laptop while in a waiting room- that's going to be invaluable while I'm moving across the state. Visual voicemail, scam shield, advanced caller id, and the occasional 'on us with trade of any condition' deals are also stickers- how I got from my old s22 U to s26 U. Switching right now, unless I only want to save a couple dollars, would cost me a lot of luxuries.

You probably have an either very outdated rate plan, extra lines you don't know you have or you dont trade in your older devices for newer devices when you upgrade. I would suggest going into your nearest corporate T-Mobile location to have someone do a bill analysis with you.

No you stupid fool. Your the fn moron that has NO BRAINS to see that this piece of s*** wireless company is going to get their a** handed to them when they lose a lot more of their base do to a worthless T-FAILED app that is buggy as H***. I personally hope for God sake that this company blows up and you can take it anyway you like it as it is not as good as it was once was when John Legere was the CEO and had the Un-Carrier then that dumbf**k Mike and that towelhead looking Indian guy took over along with those stupid Germans destoryed that wireless carrier. Otherwise, I don't give a F*** thru a rolling doughnut what happens to T-FAILED as I rather see that company more and more say bye bye!

This is not an airport, no need to announce your departure. Literally no one cares if you are with ATT. This is for T-Mobile members. You can see your way out of this discussion. 😂

I left a couple of months ago. Not over t-life, but over the pricing. 1 line should not be close to or over $100 a month. That's crazy. They just kept redoing their pricing and I had enough. Went to Visible for $35 a month and I'm getting everything I need at less than half of what T-Mobile was charging.

At the moment I wouldn't leave, cause I am on one of those unicorn plans, $99 for 11 lines. However if the price went up substantially, then I don't mind leaving.

I pay $81/months for one line. I trialed MVNOs, but they don't offer 5G speeds outside of metropolitan areas. So, I guess I know what I'm paying extra for

I'm not leaving because I have one of those "unicorn" plans for former Sprint employees that was grandfathered in when T-MOBILE bought them. It's going up $5 with the recent system upgrades, but I'm still only paying $41 a month for unlimited everything.

You get what you pay for. My wife’s coworker has AT&T and she barely gets any reception which bugs her phone down specially when you are trying to show videos in your break time with other coworkers.

I don’t mind paying the price for good service
