I will be leaving T-Mobile very soon, after less than a year with phone and home internet service.

What ridiculous article. Trying to make something out of nothing. The VAST amount of subscribers can't care less about T-Life. Even taking your entire responses as wanting to leave the number of people who responded equates to 0.00104857143% of total T-Mobile subscribers, a statistically insignificant number. No one cares.

No you stupid fool. Your the fn moron that has NO BRAINS to see that this piece of s*** wireless company is going to get their a** handed to them when they lose a lot more of their base do to a worthless T-FAILED app that is buggy as H***. I personally hope for God sake that this company blows up and you can take it anyway you like it as it is not as good as it was once was when John Legere was the CEO and had the Un-Carrier then that dumbf**k Mike and that towelhead looking Indian guy took over along with those stupid Germans destoryed that wireless carrier. Otherwise, I don't give a F*** thru a rolling doughnut what happens to T-FAILED as I rather see that company more and more say bye bye!

Good. You should as you would be making the right decision to leave this failed of a wireless company it has become as other wireless company would be more than happy to help you on a personal level and greet you at the door like AT&T has for me each and every time when I go visit one of their stores here in Texas as I feel welcomed and takes like less than 10 minutes if that for one of their staff to help me with getting things done on my phone or so.

I actually think it's better than before. I needed to speak with a representative and it was actually easier and faster. Also noticed that the customer service people are now based in United States.
