I pay 250 for TWO lines with T-Mobile…when it was 3 lines, it was $360🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️…I’ve been with them since 2008…not sure what I’m doing wrong. But I’m about to switch to spectrum

They dont have any plans that are 250 for 2 lines. Like zero. You need to call them. You might be on 2 single line plans rather than 2 lines combined for family plan savings. It happens

Wow yeah that's a lot for sure to be clear, one of mine was just a computer line and the other one was a free line they gave me on one of their promotion deals but $360 that's a lot for two lines

I have been with t-mobile for 23 years. I had a problem thst could not be solved on the app and was put on hold for 75 minutes, then the call was disconnected. Plus T-Mobile no longer will call you back. So now T-Mobile pickd my price lock with "regulatory fees" that go up twice a year. I am switchng to an mvno and getring rid of my t-mobile home internet too. Will pay less for more.

I do agree. The T-Mobile app is garbage in a flaming dumpster. It doesn't even integrate properly with Google's password manager and navigating in it is like browsing an app that's trying to be a universe.

It’s not just the T-Life App it’s everything that comes with it. T-Mobile has brought back many of the same pain points for consumers, all in the name of profit: additional fees, surcharges, taxes, and repeated rate increases.

They raised my rates last year, but the real tipping point was when they pushed through another increase the following year and forced me onto a new, more expensive plan. I had been with T-Mobile for over 20 years, dating back to when they promised that your rate would never change as long as you kept your plan which I did. Unfortunately, they eventually changed their position and went back on that promise.

The entire executive team has changed, and it feels like T-Mobile’s business model has shifted from growth and customer loyalty to maximizing profits. After acquiring Sprint and significantly reducing competition, they gained a much larger market share and, in my opinion, no longer feel the same pressure to compete for customers.

The people who advocated for the Sprint merger were stupid people underestimating the long term impact, and unfortunately, consumers are the ones paying the price.

I finally left T-Mobile after they forced me onto a higher-priced plan, and I haven’t looked back. There are much better and greener options out there you just have to be willing to take the leap.

T-Mobile is essentially betting that, no matter how much customers complain, they’ll stay, accept the increases, and keep paying them more money. I hope you prove them wrong.

This author truly hates T-Mobile and has a strong biased view. The other two are no better and in my opinion are worse. MVNO's depend on these three as is and there's very little benefit.

Our government has become the problem by allowing mergers without a care about the consumer.

I also truly hate T-Mobile. They purchased my account from US Cellular but not the towers near my house. I have no signal. When my internet goes down I can't call anyone. I hate it so much.

They also raised my rates.

They canceled my autopay but I can't have a new one because I refuse to have an app on my phone. When I put the TLife app on the phone they loaded my phone with literally dozens of garbage apps. When I told them no and removed all the apps they just reinstalled them the next time I logged in. That was when I removed the app from my phone. I'll throw it in the river before I use it again.

TMobile thinks they are all that and a bag of chips... speaking of which.. do you guys really care about 'deals' rather than service? What's this tuesday garbage? "oh install our apps and we will give you a discount as we sell everything we can see and hear about you to whomever asks" and in return we will give you 50 cents off a sandwich. Who does that?

I was with US Cellular for over 20 years. I never even considered changing because they had the absolute best coverage. And now through no fault of my own I'm stuck with TMobile and have zero coverage at my home.

I hate them so much.

I actually think it's better than before. I needed to speak with a representative and it was actually easier and faster. Also noticed that the customer service people are now based in United States.

"Also noticed that the customer service people are now based in United States."

As two of my friends have done customer service for TMobile for probably literally a decade and they live in the next town over. I can assure you that TMobile's customer service has been in the US for a very, very long time.

What are all you talking about. How often do you even need to use the Tlife app? You all act as if you live on the app. I have had tmo for years and never have issues ordering or getting benefits and changing plans in seconds. Could it be user error? I have asked several friends and family and no one says they have issues. All of them say they barely use it. 1 out of about 30 said it gave an error when processing an upgrade. However she said once she changed the plan to current plan, (no fees where added to do so) everything was fine. Also I am very close with Tmo, even I dont use it as much as you all. Where else can you get free movie tickets, concierge services, about $900.00 a year in savings on just perks? NOWHERE! Stop complaining and understand this is where we need to go to afford the network they need to build to compete. It is not always about profit. It is about survivability also which many of you socialists don't even understand. Wait till you start your own business if you ever leave the house.
