Exciting stuff but I wish they would have knocked the processor down a notch or 2 so it could be cheaper... Either way, the hideous cameras should help tank the resale value so I can buy it cheap second hand🤞
True. Things changed quite a bit (for the worse) after Google bought them and stripped all the patents, and Moto just continued to decline every year with Lenovo trying their hand at it. But I'm hopeful.
This dude on Droid-Life said he got the Moto book style foldable & it's better than the Fold 7. This new Signature 27 reminds me of the Motorola Droid days when I was still using their phones back then. I hope they've updated their customization options. That & the lackluster camera upgrades from 2010-2014 is what made me switch to Samsung but like you my interest is piqued.
At least their midrange joints kept them relevant enough to make 3 gens of a flip, their 1st book style foldable that's actually getting rave reviews & now this.

I thought the Droid Maxx was pretty good, the Droid Turbo sucked, but then the Turbo 2 was great.
The Turbo 2 almost reeled me back in, but the cameras were still not it for me.
Google really did Moto dirty though. I hope this device gets them back in the runnings for recommended flagship devices.
This will not wobble like Samsungs wiil.

"it's as nice as the Samsung if not better"
You're not the 1st person to say this.
I call it like I see it. Im a vivo fan but if Opoo, Huawei or whoever puts out a better phone I will give them their props.

As opposed to camera housings either being one big ass circle or OEM's now going for the camera plateau look?
