The Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is here with everything it needs to put the Galaxy S26 Ultra in a corner

In every other article no matter what it actually is about you guys keep mentioning Apple...more than than whatever the article was really about.

Now why didn't you do that in this article? Xiaomi clearly crushed and spitted on the latest models from Apple. Why is that not worth mentioning?

The headline should be "The Xiaomi 18 Pro Max is here with - everything. Making iPhone 18 Pro Max look like - nothing."

What an absolute beauty. The only bad thing about other manufacturers is depending on how common it is in the market most rogue engineers will overnight lower the specs so 120 today with an update or even worse motherboard switch turns into 90 but if Xiaomi are serious about not allowing any one but the user in then we are up for this.

Don't forget that these are the China specs

For Global second class citizens we will get as usual lower battery, it is too expensive for them to certify the same specs and ship battery with bigger cells out of compliance reasons so why not cut down on the quality...

Except the zoom. 3.2x only...I am convinced they could have done better here.

Exactly my thought; it's as if Apple doesn't even exist. Stating the obvious - that a brand new phone SHOULD be better than a seven-month-old phone - they low-key suggest the new iPhone wasn't even worth a mention against the Xiaomi.

Not the flex they thought it would be. The Xiaomi TROUNCES the new iPhone.

Unfortunately, most still buy phones under contract at carrier stores. They typically only show, Apple,, Samsung, Google, Motorola & maybe one or two others, but PUSH Apple/Samsung.

Most American phone users only know of Samsung, Apple, Google because that is all they are exposed to on a daily basis. They have NO IDEA how many phones are available, IF you can find one & IF it is certified for sale in the states, IF you can import it & IF the carrier will allow it.

Man, I've been saying this since before their annual slew of Apple knob-slobbing articles that lead up to iPhone announcement day. The article could be about urinals with LED displays that lets you know it's occupied but the title would be, "Craftsman Builds Urinals with LED Displays to Show That it is Occupied, but Apple Still Reigns Supreme in the US Market".

Right. They're like, "We know this phone sh¡ts all over the iPhone 18 Pros, so let's compare it to a phone that's been out for 7 months".

These phones are so beautiful. I said I wasn't going to upgrade my Ultra 17 Leica Edition... and I probably still won't, but if this is the pro and pro max, I wonder what they have cooking for the next? I would LOVE to see a massive upgrade there to make me eat my words. I do wish they could A) add a screen to that one as well and B) add the ability to add a lens kit like Vivo does. So lets' see what happens.

This same thing happened last year. And the year before. Apple says they have the fastest thing. They all the press for 2 solid weeks. Then Snapdragon does their thing blows Apple away, and suddenly Apple doesn't have the fastest thing anymore. Then everybody forgets about them. @TuGa121 refuses to admit it, but this is 3 years in a row now.
