If Nothing don’t sign their financial statements to HMRC sometime soon then they’ll cease to exist. Carl Pei is the only director and they have no registered CFO. They narrowly avoided being struck off but still haven’t filed.

The rise and fall of OnePlus was that they didn't follow their own slogan.

"Flagship Killer" was not meant to kill them with specs, but with the features people actually wanted.

Samsung, Apple, Late Gen OnePlus all focused on the features people don't really care for.

OnePlus was a killer product because of the experience. They focused on fast charging, large batteries, high refresh rates, decent cameras, etc. They started to want to go mainstream and trying to battle it out with specs. Something the people were never interested in.

OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 8T were one of my favorite phones. I gave the 8T to my nephew and he still loves it to this day years later.

From the OP 13, I considered the Oppo Find X9 Pro but went with the Vivo X300 Pro instead. Loving it. I thought I was gonna really miss the alert slider but the side button actually works better. And of course camera is miles ahead. Top tier. 👌

I had a OnePlus 13 for every reason you cite here. It was a great phone, and I wish that bleeding-edge build carried forward into the 15, but it really just didn't.

I wound up going with a Samsung S26 Ultra. In some ways, it's not an upgrade, but as an overall experience, it has been.
