I just watched the SD keynote. It's called the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 (Not Pro), and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6.
The 'Extreme' version is not exclusive to Xiaomi, it will also be in the Motorola Signature 27, and the OnePlus 16 (to start with, more will follow soon).

Your acronyms are confusing. There are 2 SoCs (CPUs):
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro

Either this one, or the OP 16 are the most appealing to me right now. Both of which may not even come to US...
