As with others, I just use another phone to make videos of the chats. Also, any time I call T-Mobile, and they say this is a recorded line for quality and training purposes, I also say, "Great! I am also recording this line for quality and training purposes". I've been very lucky the past 5 years no issues, but around Covid time I did a deal and then they tried to charge me a lot more than stated. I asked for manager, held, waited, got someone else and they said they couldn't do anything. I said, "Well you said you record the calls for training purposes, why don't you listen to it". They said they don't have access to that, and I said, "That's ok, I also record calls for training purposes, I can play it for you right now". AMAZINGLY they could then "find" the recording. I held while they listened to the 15 or so minute call, and came back and said, "You're absolutely right, the rep did say that. We're sorry" and the amazing thing is, they FIXED it and I didn't have to call again. (Where as before that I felt I had to call 3 or 4 or 5 times to fix anything.
Anyways, it's a bummer they want to not let you screenshot when most ethical companies not only allow that, they'll also email you a transcript when done.
Pretty much just do this like everyone does with telegram lol. Although I wondering if T-Mobile could try and weasel out of screenshots from another device during court cases by saying it's hearsay and could be edited screens since "they can not be verified 🙃"

What if you run "android" on your PC, ran the app there and screen shot it from your computer?
LOL I haven't checked but you can bet the hackers/mods/reddit types will figure a way around it. 😉
