They want to play hardball? Ok fine, you cancel my $90+ magenta plan? I’ll see that and raise you a lower tier plan. Wow, now I’m only paying $50+ a month. Talk about value!!!! I was more or less throwing money away, wasn’t even close to running over my data. Now? Still not overrunning my data AND saving money every month. These guys are the best, thank you Tmobile for saving ME money! 🤣

Whenever signing up for any service, always let your AI know which one so it can locate the privacy clause in the terms that lets you opt-out of arbitration. It'll draft you a letter that you can physically mail from online using a service like LetterStream, and then you can happily continue using the service, with the freedom to sue them individually or by class if they try to Eff you 💩. Just be sure to repeat the steps after EVERY terms pop-up you agree to for the life of your account.

I couldn't find anything in the new T&C documents and now, as far as I can tell you have no rights to your usage habits information or to not be called for promotions from them or 3rd parties. The only option we have is to cancel your contract and prorate the current billing period.

I totally agree! He was a personality, a one man force that singlehandedly pulled TMB ahead of everyone else. Now, subterfuge and nickel-and-dining is the name of the game.

I was on One plan with $10 Plus add-on for many years. I clearly remember forever price guarantee. In fact, I chose to pay a little more per line than mvno just to beat the inevitable inflation. Now, they just wiped their butts with price guarantee and rolled me into Essential Signature WITH 80GB $10 hotspot add-on. And you cannot remove that add-on without customer service involvement.

Under Legere we all got 5G free while everyone else charged extra. 😮‍💨

Under Legere no one got 5G as it was not deployed and not referenced in any contracts. I would be happy with my old contract that stated 4G speeds (which are 100Mb/s mobile and 1Gb/s fixed by the governing body for G architecture 3GPP not the advertising threshold the FCC agreed to let them call 4G).

Given the ubiquity of mandatory arbitration and frequent updates, this is a major undertaking.
