If T-Mobile wants its customers to stop complaining to the FCC, perhaps they should start honoring their agreements again.

They deprecated 5G plans, for Pete's sake. Lame excuses.

Wow! T-Mobile has completely turned into a sleazy company! I hope they experience SERIOUS churn! That’s the only way these dirt bag companies will learn! Hit them in their wallet.

I'm a Sprint customer who got dragged into T-Mobile unwillingly. The first thing that happened to me as a T-Mobile customer was they made my brand new 5G Sprint phone inoperable so I had to buy another phone that was on the 5G bands that T-Mobile was using not the ones that they were putting out of service from sprint. Since then I've seen increase after increase with no change in service and decreased customer service. There is absolutely no reason for me to stay with T-Mobile at this point and I definitely can see myself changing to a new carrier sometime this month. T-Mobile lies and sucks.

I used to love TMobile. Were I not on a plan with my wife, I would have left a long time ago. Right now, my wife is still paying off her phone. But the moment that phone is paid off, we are moving to another carrier. I don't like Verizon much either but I might have to consider them, or AT&T or perhaps someone else.

T-Mobile is but a shadow of is former self under John Legere. He was a major reason why I switched. The culture he created around the company and the integrity that he and the company had then were unmatched. Since their acquisition of Sprint and his departure, the company has definitely gone down the tubes and is no longer customer-friendly, but customer-hostile.
