I use T-mo home internet and yesterday I was having an issue with it, but I didn't even think about it being T-mo because I also use them for cell service and that worked fine. I was at the office Monday when the cells went out here in NY and it happened right before a guy I know was going to drive for an hour. I said, "Let's print out mapquest!" He's so young, like 26, that he didn't think he could follow mapquest directions. haha. Ohhhh the skills I still have that I didn't realize made me old...
I was with T-Mobile from 2004-2010 I never had an outage or dropped calls. I was paying my T-Mobile at the Huntington Beach store a gentlemen come running in neededing two phones this was in 2008. Around his neck was a work ID badge identification he worked from At@t wireless he was fed up his wife was about to have their second baby and certain areas in Orange County and North County San Diego area he lost reception he needed a phone that did not drop the signal. After he bought what he wanted and left the whole store broke out in laughter.
Now with this latest outage it was enough to drive me crazy. For me it wasn't a entire outage. First I could not make any calls but I could receive, then it was 5g home internet that kept going up and down, then I could not text, some people I could some people I could not. I tried texting my boyfriend we are on the same account we were laughing how the text turned out it was gibberish. I sent the text to Excutive Response team. I said this what I sent this what he received 30 minutes ago. Worse I could not get through to customer support I tried t-life through AI. I tried 611 AI just disconnected the call I tried 800 number nothing. Problem started July 25th ended for me July 30 at 8:32 central time. Maybe Srini Gopalan should think, twice about all the people he fired ie phones representative, tech support and engineers

Who's Magenta? Anyways, if T-Mobile isn't publishing a RCA then the cause is probably something embarrassing like fat fingerings 🤣
