Sorry, it was ment to be ironic.

No problem. As a Christian I am very sensitive to things spoken, even when they are meant in irony ( and i am not perfect by any means in this area also). Thank you for responding. Not everyone would and it says alot about you. Bless you and have a blessed day.

That may be the case, but you didn't hear it from Samsung SDI. That's the difference. Hold SDI to their timeline. As early as 2023, SDI announced a 2027 target. This executive confirms they are on track to meet their target.

These batteries are not replacing Samsung's current technology. BMW won't be putting them into an M4. The prismatic batteries will be used in BMW's high-end EVs and the pouch batteries will be used for physical AI applications.

I am confident Samsung will use these batteries in their micro mobile devices(rings, earbuds, watches, glasses etc.) because si/c is not flexible and it doesn't offer leaps in safety. I am no longer confident it will debut on the Ring 2.

I gotta agree with @stferrari, I'm on this site almost every day and every 6 months there's another article saying Solid State batteries are about 6 months out. (I've been on here 16 years...)
