Between this, obnoxious tactics to pay us less (they take back any commissions we made if a customer cancels any lines within 4 months after switching), and the layoffs and store closings as they work to replace most of us with an app, alot of us are looking to leave.

Yeah they denied military discounts- yet charged more. Lost my contract but changed my plan four times. Then they are still billing me though i switched. They billed me double since 2025. The management refused to fix it for 6 months when I went to leave they quoted me my original amount. Tampering with my bill is a crime. Denying military discounts - yet charging more. Insted they added another phone line. 3 lines includes internet because that has a phone number. I want all of my money back. The real slap in the face was the last month they added the military "discount." They are the worst. The amount of recording i have is crazy. Alongside the emails.

It is clear that T-Mobile is the bad guy but if the reps over sell stuff then the customer doesn't feel as much pressure if that can do the same thing on T-Life app not being pressured by a live person. It is like taking your car to the dealer for service and getting over sold on work it doesn't need.

On top of all this they are now charging me fees that are included in my plan WHEN I SIGNED up several years ago. Now, will call AGAIN to straighten this out or NYSAG if they do not.
