Offensive, hate speech - if you want to say something, say it politely
Spam/Advertisements - these posts are deleted
Multiple accounts - one person can have only one account
Impersonations and offensive nicknames - these accounts get banned

The other thing too would be the 18 is a NEW phone. Was the test with the 17 done on a NEW phone, or one that has been used for a year? 😉
