I don't think anything will help, especially after the beating the iPhone 18 Pro Max just gave the S26 Ultra. Samsung has a lot of work to do, but honestly, it feels like they’ve simply run out of fresh ideas. Even when they added the privacy display that was a clear sign they were all out of ideas.

Expound on this supposed "bEaTiNg tHe iPhOnE 18 PrO MaX jUsT gAvE tHe S26 UlTrA" when the former hasn't even been released yet.

First the Iphone 18 is a much newer release than the S26 Ultra and is a iterative step above the Iphone 17. I appears like the Ultra 27 will take almost the same iterative upgrade path. Larger battery (potentially Si/C), much faster 2nm SOC, better thermal management and upgraded cameras based on rumors. I use my phone as a phone and therefore not a big users of the S-Pen but can see how many would love it. I think in the US both Samsung and Apple will remain the go to brands with Google hanging strong in third but improving every year.

Perhaps Samsung could start with a display that doesn’t burn the users eyes out like the s26u

That is a load of bulls**t*t! My boss gets probably 10 hrs. of screentime a day on his s26 ultra and he never complains about his eyes!😂

I hope my S25U lasts the next 4 cycles because I won't be buying that ugly phone. In fact I may go back on Back Market and get an S23U, so I can have a phone that best matches my N20U and still have the 200MP camera.

I am sick of Samsung just chasing everything Apple does all the time. That ugly camera bump is just not needed unless it is gonna hold a fancy set of cameras that really do some cool stuff and they wont be.

It will get rid of the annoying wobble that is about it.

My primary motivation for upgrading Samsung devices centers on camera performance. Given the current specifications, I see little justification for an upgrade, as the enhancements to the S27U camera system appear marginal.
