I haven’t had service on my 18 pro max since last Saturday … they are sending me a 17 pro max so I’m going back to an older model and no the software update to iOS 27.0.1 did not fix my problem

Honestly, the issue here is not the phone; AT&T sucks big time. There is not one time when I call someone who has AT&T and we do not lose connection; the service is bad, really bad, and we were both on Samsung devices.

I like how it is always a bug but in reality it's actually an AT&T issue, not an device issue; if it were, all the service providers would be having the same issue, but then again, you guys are the experts here.

I have been knowing about this bug for a while but I will not add to the fire... Let the facts and reported issues/bugs/flaws do the talking

Users have been going crazy on Reddit, they are not sure about the cause but many people have returned their Iphones either for other devices or as an exchange, and the exchanged devices have the same issue.. latest I read they are saying its an issue with the modem.
