I'm glad the Passport is getting a new lease on life with updated gardw and software. This is awesome although the original OS the Passport used was still just as capable and was able to use Android APKs without issue unlike other 3rd tier OSes today.

Awesome to see this gem getting a new lease on life. I own the original, and BB10 was a fantastic OS that used Android apk's in an environment that was sandboxed away from the OS itself, much like Huawei does via EasyAbroad and DroiTong. Huawei devices do this without issue, much like BB10 devices did, and both with far less bugs than a certain extremely buggy platform.

Best thing about the Passport with BlackBerryOS is that it didn't try to masquerade itself as a Frankenstein derivative fork of Android unlike another DOA OS that can't even do a fraction of what BBOS was capable of. That being said, kinda reminds me of reading some of the old BlackBerry articles and seeing how much activity they had at the time because of an overzealous 🤡 fool at the time. That being said, I forsee more BlackBerry devices getting the treatment. Z30 and KeyOne. I miss the KeyOne series.

Best thing about the Passport with BB10, as it didn't run BlackBerryOS, is that it didn't have to have shady workarounds due to a massive amount of bugs, unlike another DOA mobile phone that can't even do a fraction of what a feature phone is capable of. That being said, kinda reminds me of reading some of the old BlackBerry articles and seeing how much activity they had at the time because of an overzealous 🤡🧟 fool that kept trolling them at the time. That being said, BlackBerry devices were great productivity devices, primarily due to their physical keyboards. I still own a few of them, as they were one of my favorite OEM's back then.
