no one is defending the hinge-gate. That is a lesson that apple is going to pay for by sending replacement for all the devices affected, and if not - I guarantee apple will loose major sales in the future and even move a lot of people to other platforms if they abandon their buyers. It happened before… and will continue to happen if apple denies warranties. That proves that iOS users aren’t sheep.
