My issue,T Mobile gave me a great deal on a tablet..I was thrilled until one year later they announced 4g tablets would be obselete in 3 yrs my great deal a 4g tablet...aholes.
Yes. The new T-Mobile has disappointed me terribly. I have been a loyal customer over 9 years over 6 of them as a business customer. Paid on time every month. The new T-Mobile has betrayed long time customers. They said your price was locked. They said you would never have to change your plan. They have betrayed both. We have now been forced to migrate to a new plan. I reached out to a customer service rep. This is what they said: "Looking over the change details of your plan migration increase shows it will be up to $2 per voice line and the new plan name will be Business Unlimited Ultimate. Let me know what additional questions I can answer for you today." Name withheld. We received our bill from the forced new plan it was $4.80 per line. We call that lying in our house. Trust is something a business should value. The new T-Mobile doesn't seem to value their customers or value honest. I miss the old T-Mobile.

No. He is actually very polite considering what has been happening lately.
What has actually been happening that is any different from any other company in history?
