That's typical for the New t mobile. It's sad but it didn't come unexpectedly. Deutsche Telekom, the main shareholder and former German monopolist has a history of putting profits way above the interests of the customers. The uncarrier thing was good to gain tens of millions of new customers.

Now it's the time to cash in.

If people want improvement, they have to switch in masses. Otherwise there is no reason to change the course.

I'd love to see Legere return. He never would, though.

No one is pressuring anyone. And no one is pressured. It is a change to lower costs when most people are fine with phones lasting 3 yrs. You can always pay more if you like so big deal. And you can always upgrade early.

What?? It lowers overall costs to increase in phone prices. You can always pay more or early. Drop 250 or 500 and reduce the time and cost. It's for you not us.

The new 36month financing is not currently part of the numbers that sales staff sales rankings are measured by. They are tracked, and they are discussed, because new accounts can only do 36 month financing thru T-life, and 24 month new accounts are done thru old system. T-mo is pushing everything thru T-life.

Also you love to say whats happening at 3rd party stores, but thats like comparing the wild west to a big city. Another reason Tmo is pushing to get rid of 3rd party stores in near future
