300 to 500 billion is highly delusional moronic and definitely scared. Heck Tmobile is on the cusp of passing them next yr for number 1. Elon wld buy Tmo for 300 bill plus b4 believing what this guy says. Elon cld buy the rest of Echostar and regional carriers around the country and some Spectrum next yr and still pay a 3rd of what this 🤡 says. SpaceX doesn't need to beat the big 3 just needs to understand cut them a lil pricewise and give the best customer service of them all combined and they will gain millions

That’s what viasat and hughesnet thought about the internet service as well and look how that turned out. I wouldn’t bet against Musk. Instead I’d try to position myself to be able to compete.

Of course he does not mention the visible section of his company that competes on price but I wouldn't bet against Elon coming up with some new unique architecture and software that will help him gather additional subscribers.

He doesn't have to be number one to be profitable just take his good percentage and ended up being among the top three or four

I remember a little known car company that couldn't compete with the big 3 either.... Now they are the most valuable car company in the world.... Tesla..

Did you read this part of Dan's quote?

"I welcome the opportunity to compete against them."

And

"once they come into the market, we will be ferociously competitive."

It sounds like he is already ready to compete.
