While we understand where Samsung is coming from we also think that most companies to benefit from healthy competitive economy.

They should enjoy it they do have the advantage of starting the business of foldable devices long before Apple even decided to venture into the business.

Apple is the underdog in this case so Samsung should be innovating to maintain that position while Apple should learn from the past and realise a great showcase always has a live product so you can see what user interaction would be like to avoid a repeat of what happened.

Remember the weight of the top will always crack the screen if not closed properly.

"It's a real shame that Apple fans have to go through this right now. The iPhone Duo was something that everybody was waiting for (for years and years) and it's not exactly cheap at $2,000—so I get why people are mad."

While Samsung’s aggressive marketing feels petty and uncalled for (won't get a "pass" from me), this situation serves as a harsh reality check for the brand loyalists (aka the famous #ISheep) who consistently defend Apple despite the recurring "Gate" controversies. It is truly unfortunate for consumers who spent $2,000 on a flagship device that is failing to meet basic quality standards, especially when the hardware is being panned by professional reviewers who are NOT able to recommend the device.

That would be sabotage which would be an unfair business practice and leave them open to lawsuits. What i think is the weight of the top screen wasn't considered and the product didn't really go through a thorough testing phase for all scenarios even for child handling.
