My S25 Ultra got the One UI 9 update Tuesday and it is working great. Love the Google search box at the bottom of the screen as it saves quite a bit of home screen space.

My Samsung S25 (Vanilla) got OneUI 9 update few days back. Almost all are good, except frequent Location access by Meta Apps (Whatsapp in my case, as I don't use FB or Instagram), which was causing the battery drain. I have just disabled Location Access (till the next update) and battery drain is absent now.

"For what it's worth, the bugs and glitches reported over the last week or so don't seem very dramatic or widespread": you must not have been viewing the Samsung Members or the other Samsung-related forums 'cause there's complaints ranging from decreased battery life (which wasn't that good to begin with in a lot of models) to charging port issues to the ugly aesthetics of the drop down menu. The real kicker is that Samsung took away the ability to perform a partition cache wipe, a great method for addressing their buggy software updates. With Samsung updates you never know which features will stop working properly or unexpectedly deleted. In their never ending quest to be more like 🍎 they have turned the brand into the iPhone of Androids. I was a long time Note user but after they discontinued the Bluetooth S-pen that was my cue to exit to another manufacturer.

Can I add that moving location, airplane mode and mobile data to the drop down lockscreen window as a standalone button does help with battery drain issues. Charges really fast too I think of these cellphones as a computer so if its right there the system isn't querying it as part of a folder.
