As a tech news writer, that is wild to me that you only first heard of OnePlus in 2020. And it was for the previous year's phone, no less!
The OnePlus 7 Pro was released in May 2019, (I got mine in Sept that year). By 2020, the 8 Pro was already released. So if you only heard about the 7 Pro in 2020, you were late to the game. Additionally, as a tech news writer, you should have already been very aware of the OnePlus brand, and all their previous phones.
So basically you have only experienced the last half of OnePlus phones after they had 5G. That's like being a car writer and saying you just now heard of a Tesla for the first time, even though they have been around for almost 2 decades...
