How much did Google pay you to write this load of rubbish? "Goes toe to toe"? With what? Worse battery, worse charging, worse camera's, horrendous dated design.

This sits at the bottom of the foldable heap, behind the Vivo's, Honor's and Oppo's, let alone Samsungs.

Probably 10 other foldable options you'd be better off spending that money on.

Vivo X Fold 6 or 5

Oppo Find N6 or 5

Galaxy Fold 8 Ultra or Wide, best software for a fold by some distance.

Honor Magic V5 or 6

So, around 8. 9 if you wanna include the previous gen Samsung folds. All offering far superior hardware in every aspect and software at least on par. All for cheaper too.

This Pixel fold, ugliest of the lot.

Those are opinionated options. Just because one device doesn't work for you doesn't mean it will work for me.

Several of your options aren't officially supported in the US let alone sold in the US, so a standard OEM warranty is out. Then you factor in carrier adaptability and compatibility, then the choice is moot.

I'll give you the Samsung one if it wasn't for the 🗑️ cameras.

besides the chinese ones you can't get in the USA, which one? I LOVE the fold. I have a 10 pro fold and going to 11 pro fold to finally have the same camera setup as the normal model. I tried the Galaxy fold and just hated it, went back to my pixel in less than 2 days. returned it. the aspect ratio of the pixel is spot on for me.

eye of the beholder. I think Pixel fold looks great. Best of the aspect rations. Hated Galaxy. the skinny phone is just not as usable. I use my fold 90% of the time closed. I want it to feel like a normal phone. I also don't want to worry about it getting wet. The photos are hands down better on google for day to day quick snaps no matter what reviewers say. At least for my eyes. The Samsung UI starts to slow down over time, my pixel stays snappy with the latest updates as well. I'd love to try Honor or other Chinese brands but not in USA no play store, no go. no matter how good they are.
