I don't even remember the 1st one, but you have to hand it to Moto for keeping themselves somewhat relevant.

As long as Moto forces apps like Glance and other bloatware, no thanks.

The last time I had a flagship Motorola device in my hand was in 2017 with the Moto Z2 Force Edition. Then in 2018 for some reason they used the same SOC on the Z3, and the Z4 after that had a mid-range chip. So they had sequel numbers to the phone, but it was not the same phone.

From 2010-2017 I bought a new phone every year, and it was always the latest Moto Flagship. Then they .... just stopped making flagships one day.

That appears to be only on cheaper model. I bought my kid a $99 Moto phone and I had to uninstall tons of bloatware. But on my Razr didnt have much. My guess is thats how Motorola get the phones so cheap. Paid advertisement.
