I mean, I was planning on buying it no matter what the cost, especially if they came out with a Leica Edition again. But if they don't, that's fine. I plan on getting my 17 Leica Edition fixed when I go back, and that will easily last me another 2 to 3 years.

I just like new toys. It almost seems weird for them NOT to release it though if Vivo and Huawei are still pushing high end.

I doubt its the Ultra, they wouldn't go back on the monster 1" sensor they've maintained for the last couple of generations.

It is a shame as the 17 Ultra absolutely minces everyone with its low-light ability, that 1" sensor is Godly and nothing touches the Leica style.

All well and good, but even if they do make one it has to have a global release. Very few people are prepared to tackle Chinese ROMs. I've also heard that Oppo and Vivo, if they do release Ultras in 2027, will only do so in China.
