The headline feels like pure clickbait, especially considering the foldable iPhone hasn't even been released yet. It's premature to declare a winner before the competition has officially entered the market.

Without Google services, an OS that doesn't require shady workarounds and sideloading from shady app stores, and compatibility with networks OUTSIDE of China, I find that highly unlikely.

Your post feels like pure, unadulterated butthurt and bitterness much like how that 🤡 Kamal used to be back in the day.

Let's await the official release of Apple's foldable device before drawing conclusions, especially considering the reception of the Pixel 11.

So as a subjective comparison, it would be improbable that the apple ultra would be better with hardware or software given the fact that Samsung has many years of experience with foldable.

In reality, this is going to really boil down to ecosystem and fan base.

Anyone in the apple ecosystem that was interested in foldable will now be able to dive in. It will sell out day, one as all their new products do.

This articles kind of a puff piece because this all boils down to preference at this point because there is no other option for an apple ecosystem person to get a a foldable so they’re going to like their foldable the best because it is the only one.

Social media is never subjective about phones. It’s always Pepsi or Coke. Thry always need to defend their drink to the end. Regardless.

I like the Z fold 8 but it's still far more than I care to spend on a phone. The squared edges are just better imo. Rounded corners create that weird teardrop look on the order screen that just isn't design first as you would expect from apple. The pixel has the same quirk

Don't mind her. Her post is post is just a just an off topic and ad hominem attack due to her own pure, unadulterated butthurt and bitterness, much like how that 🤡 Karen used to be back in the day.

The Pura X Max is really good. It runs an OS that doesn't require shady workarounds and sideloading fixes just get rid of bugs, and it has compatibility with networks outside of China. And as Huawei has already proven, they don't need Google Services to sell devices, as they are on several top 10 global charts.

I pre-ordered the Z Fold 8 and love it (aside from the exclusion of the S26 Ultra's privacy display and the lack of an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor). I tried using the S26 Ultra, but its screen is unnecessarily large and its multitasking isn't as good. So, I'm back daily driving the Z Fold 8 in less than a day.
