Not only is that an emotional generalization it is patently untrue. If you wish to correct and/or criticize specific things in a given article that would be helpful for all this forums readers. If you think 100% of everything in every article posted on this website is false, why would you waste your time reading it? Wouldn't that be rather illogical?

Flip foldable like the Galaxy Flip are popular with the ladies. The wife gave up her Note 20 for the Flip 5 and then we updated to the 6. I think the is better looking with the chrome sides.

The issue with the Apple device will be 3 main things. 1st it's size. Even though it will have an iPad Mini sized screen, the phone is shrunk down to almost the same size.

The device is physically unappealing. The Galaxy at least is a reasonable size. It would have been better if they made it more like the Google Fold.

IOS is terrible at multitasking, and with Apple's aggressive memory management, the phone is gonna be less capable vs any Android option as they are now.

The price isn't a concern. Most of the sales will be in the US anyways thanks to carrier billing and 3rd party option like Affirm.

Other than the Shiek's in Dubai, rich guys in other countries, the phones price alone will make it even less appealing. I expect the device will be as capable as a 3rd or 4th Gen Galaxy Fold.

The only thing it has going for it, is the fanatucs who rather wait and pay more to get less, rather than just buying what they actually want. That and you can't take it with you.

I think Samsung is gomna gain more sales from those wanting to see what the iPhone foldable will be like, but won't like it and get the Samsung instead.
