Well, most of us don't do gaming on our phones and so the different processor and GPU speed don't have an impact. AI is another story, but google's AI is ahead of Samsung's and runs circles around Apple's, so it would seem that performance and integration matter more.
You can speak for yourself about not gaming, you are incorrect about the "most of us" part.. BUT that being said, I am a gamer and Pixel 11 Pro XL handles games perfectly, given I don't run extreme graphics, but pro players don't.. regardless the device. The Pixel 8 Pro was sufficient enough and they just get faster each year. They are more stable than Samsung Apple, you can charge and play constantly without over heating. Unlike their devices. So a peak benchmark test doesn't mean anything if it can't stay at the peak.
You're right, I asked AI about gaming and it said 65% of phone users do it. Hell, I used to do it myself, though we aren't talking about something elaborate.

The Pixel consistently falls short in every category. Every article here on PhoneArena only serves to highlight what an epic failure this device is.
