That's because coverage and reliability used to be hot garbage (now it's just luke-warm garbage). Why would anyone want to go back when T-Mobile sucked even more than they do now...?

How about we don’t give him that much credit because the whole plan was to add subscribers and stock buyers to raise the prices 10 years later. Maybe it was an initiative. No company I repeat no company is about the customers. Let that sink in.

Not sure how Legere thinks about it. For sure everything positive for the customers is gone now while the shareholders are smiling.

BTW this AI bot craze has taken over att and Verizon as well. But at least att still has stores which help you with at least some screw ups.
