How can I block all sharing device capabilities and remove a bunch of overlays kn my phone by someone I know fraudulently. Factory reset never works. He's even taken over this account, sk any further postings will not be from me.

Hi Tina,

Sorry to hear that your going through a tough time with a remote stalker. I had this issue with another brand and the only way to remove it is if you take your phone to a Samsung Experience Store or authorized repair center. You can call customer care first and voice your concerns. Make sure to register your fingerprint as it adds an extra layer of defense preventing additional logins. In your Samsung Account menu navigate to where you see devices and delete any previous devices you may have owned, sold or had stolen. If you remember this account password go ahead and delete it to force a resign in on all devices you are signed into.

Do the same for your Google Mail account or iCloud account as well. Please note that having done all the above it will force them to move closer to you in order to get the login information from your device but activating the fingerprint means that although they can get it while your sleeping the front facing camera will recognize when it is you.
