The strategy is working as planned. Shareholders are now the primary customers not those with wireless lines.

I called customer service this weekend I was on hold for an hour and while I was on hold I got on chat. both of those have extremely long wait times. and they're having problems speaking or hearing English properly.. the last person that I spoke with I gave them a bad review because bad service equals bad review

Every carrier you go to are the same, most are not even corporate owned and they refuse to help you. They only want to sell you a new phone. The only one I found is my guy inside of Walmart, he takes care of me. He helps me when I get a new phone and if I have questions or need help he is always there for me.

People act like he was savior when he wasn't. He had a job to do and that was lay the groundwork for T-Mobile to go from a trash company to a company that bought Sprint. Once that was done, he no longer needed to stay on.

I mean...that's the point of the stores to sell you stuff. One thing I hated when I was a store manager before I went behind the scenes, was the fact that people came to the store for the silliest things. Either buy something or don't come in. Don't come in because you're confused about your phone or it's not doing something right.

Unfortunately, this seems to impact customer service response. I waited over 2 hours on T-Mobile Business on Messenger where I used to get a relatively quick response. I gave up. I miss the old T-Mobile.
