Discussion - Fed-up Verizon customers are rooting for an extreme fix

Year to year,Verizon dropped.07%? Less than a percent? Big deal. Nobody should buy Verizon. I personally have had a prepaid Verizon account since 2015. I only buy unlocked phones. With my loyalty discount and auto-pay discount my bill is $37.00 a month. The service has been great. Barely ever get dropped calls. Was the only provider that gave decent service in Yellowstone National Park. Never had roaming charges. Just great service, otherwise I wouldn't still be a customer 11 years. This article is a bit ridiculous

They need to fix their coverage it is ridiculous that 90% of the time I walk around with one bar half the time I can't get a phone call out or in that includes when I'm in town. They need to do what they said their company does as soon as I'm done with this contractor paying off this phone I am away from Verizon and I will never come back their coverage is junk

I've been with Verizon for over 10+ years. They are priced pretty much the same as any other major carrier. Only reason why I stick with them is being able to provide coverage where I go. I know this isn't the case for everyone, but for me in the Washington State in the US, Verizon works best especially in and around mountainous terrain.

I'm leaving Verizon. I pay $139 for 2 phones with loyalty, senior , and auto pay ddiscounts. I have a place I like to go where the phones don't work at all. I've been with Verizon 27 years.....

I've only ever been with Verizon, 24 years. I'm not concerned with the price however the service and network just don't live up to the monthly cost. Being the highest cost wireless service would be understandable if it was the best provider.
