The absolutely worst part is that in spite of complaining there is no mass exodus from TMO and the gazillions of $ are flowing in. ATT and Verizon are watching it closely and already copying.

I get it, but this is 2026, T-mobile, AT&T and Verizon are well established. Rates should have fallen for all three carriers, but instead, they have increased. People are justified to be upset that they are paying more and being forced into rate increases for no real reason. Customers needs haven't changed much, but the carriers still believe that they know what is best for you so they add in stupid things and increase the rates.

I work for retailer that does those big 3. When it comes to customer service t mobile employees seem to be the worst. In store and over the phone maybe that's why the suggest people use the app and having massive layoffs.

Just curious, but why do you assume that rates should fall when the investment cost is still very high by them?

I work for OSL in walmart and we deal with all 3 carriers tmobile has the best plans and the best approach the customers we set up love it. Verizon just recently started trying to match what tmobile is doing so apparently they aren't failing they are winning.
