Discussion - Apple will replace AT&T iPhone 18 Pro Max units with connectivity issue

This entire release has been riddled with bugs and glitches. This sounds like Antennagate all over again lol.

Hey iPhone 18 users...you are HOLDING it wrong. 😉 🤣

I hate to be right once again.... As much as the #ISheep try to cover up, the truth is that this is a defect that Apple needs to recall. I still want to hear that this issue is on AT&T and NOT on Apple. Let's see what is the next excuse for the recall of the defective devices (this is a true defect). Can you guys imagine this happened to Samsung or Google ????

Now I want to see what excuses are given, this is a total different level, not a random bug but a defect, that needs to be recalled. I want to see if Apple will still get a "pass" not from its users because they are going crazy complaining on Reddit, but from its fanboys aka #ISheep.

This is a great move by Apple to replace the affected units immediately. Unlike Samsung, which often leaves customers with defective screens for a year, Apple is actually taking responsibility. They aren't just telling users to wait for a software update; they are offering hardware replacements right away. This is how customer service should be handled. In the past, Samsung customers have been stuck with various hardware issues—from camera defects in the S21 Ultra to battery and display problems across the S22, S23, S24, S25, and S26 series—without receiving proper support or replacements. Big props to Apple for standing by their product and prioritizing a fix over making excuses. Even with this issue, it’s still not as bad as the Galaxy Note 7 battery fires.
