I highlighted this issue when the iPhone Duo was first announced. It was clear even then that apps were being specifically optimized for the device, which is a stark contrast to my experience with the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. Even after recent updates, apps like TikTok still don't run as smoothly as they should.
@NUNOB512 recently got the Z Fold 8, and while we were on a video call, it was obvious how poor the optimization remains; we’re still seeing black bars on mainstream apps. It’s a major turn-off. I honestly expected the Fold 8 experience to be as seamless as what we're seeing with the iPhone Duo, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. I know the fold 8 ultra is bad with black bars but i thought the z fold 8 was not like that.
are you speaking from experience or expectations? because unless you know how and what will work on this copycat, don't make unsubstantiated statements
