I tried them and total wireless when I left T-Mobile. I ported to us mobile afrer build a plan. att billed me after I ported. the rep said she insisted I was still with them then after 4 reps the last one realized I in fact was no longer a cx. they tried to bill me 3 months after I left but my bank blocked it when I initiated a dispute. even after blocked they kept attempting to charge me for months. honestly att build a plan is a scam if they keep trying to bill you after port. team US Mobile. I received my refund on the third month and got 12 charge attempts that night on the blocked card. lol 😂 they wanted my 15 dollar bad yet had no right to it.

also your title is wrong it's prepaid. when I setup they charged me 15.01 right away at setup. the billed name is called Tbuildaplanrec on your card statement. change the title since it's not postpaid lol you pay, you get service. also you port you get a bill..

ATT has serious billing problems and as it's often the case it's hard to say whether it's intentional, incompetency or both.

Modular plans are the way to go and this one is pretty good for someone who only needs one line, is under 55 and cannot bundle.

yet it happens and therefore I wouldn't use them. why would you use AT&t build a plan when there's US Mobile darkstar if you have to have AT&t. AT&t makes no sense at this point with us mobile in the mix
