If Apple can open up their customizable unit it will help users add a lot of features to the iPhone 18 pro and iPhone Duo. If i am spending £1800 i might as well add another £300 to trick out the backscreen to make my device even a bit more unique. Spend an extra £200 for a tougher reinforced screen etc.

They will eventually add Face ID which will help with verifying payments made via Apple Card for the devices in the first place preventing close family members from taking advantage of print extracting mechanisms.

Not sure if everyone working at PhoneArena are actually salespeople at Apple Stores... It's difficult to tell.

Credit where credit is due—we all know that foldables require more care than standard slab phones, but an improved IP rating offers a welcome layer of extra protection. I wish both of my foldables had the same IP68 rating as the Duo and the Pixel. It makes perfect sense to prioritize this certification, especially since foldable devices remain inherently more susceptible to environmental damage.

Yeah,Ike the IP rating is more important than getting SAND in the phone while at a BEACH.

But, I guess "content creators" have to have their precious phones with them 24/7 ya know.

From initial looks it's such a pretty device to hold very sleek and big man looking a head turner for sure. At the same time I haven't had a case in like 3 years simply because I'm trying to learn to be responsible and not quite clumsy and so far me doing a good job at it. A few scuffs here and there but thanks to the great engineers no screen issues yet. When you carry a device like this it's a dock at the beach with a watchful eye on it but not a bury in sand because of the particles that could damage the closing mechanism.

Your going to need special cleaning materials in addition to your purchase and its understandable because a foldable is not for the masses in the initial months of sale it drops down in price and then buyers like me take advantage. You need a case like the one shown but if your at home take the case off and just handle with care.
