Tmobile has become the very worst. I've said many times in these comment sections that I just left tombile after 18 years in May as I had been trying to get through to a rep for 5 months with no answer and the store also had called on there back channel and was on hold for 45mib before giving up. After 5 months of no answer I got through only for me to ask for a transfer pin number, verizon has been pretty good so far here in Los Angeles. Tmobile had better coverage but verizin is faster by a lot.

I recently left T-Mobile after getting double-charged ($344!), CS rep arguing with me saying the charges were correct (there was a pro-rated service charge, but no refund for unused service because the plan changed at my next billing cycle, so there was no pro-ration either).

They charged me full price for Apple TV and Hulu, even though both were covered in my plan. Wasted about an hour with people who didn't understand English well. Once I got a supervisor, the charges were immediately reversed because he saw the error.

Wasted another hour trying to get the primary account holder access in T-Life that was attached to my line, but was already ported out. Rep misunderstood and thought I wanted to transfer service to my name. Um no, I wanted the phone number I was giving uprated to PAH so I could turn off port out protection on the other two lines and finish my T-Mobile nightmare.

Yeah, glad I left. So many others are too. There were at least 3 customers in the T-Mobile store (oh yeah, had to go there to reset the account 6-digit pin too) talking about porting their numbers out. If their ship is sinking, it's self-inflicted.

I recently left t mobile after 19 years and the situation with AI and cs at att is even worse . Fortunately, att still has the corporate stores and they really try to help.

Just last week I spent over an hour on a chat only to find out that he had been trying to diagnose and fix the wrong thing! After another half hour he said I would have to talk to their support team or go to a store. Another 15 minutes on the phone he tells me I have to go to a store.

My recent interaction with T-Mobile was utterly horrendous: twice this week no internet connection, offline. Called yesterday and had to put up with AI BS. Then, third-world CSR came on the phone, saying that plugging the router modem into an extension cord affects the internet connection! What utter BS! And, on top of that, they are NOW CHARGING ME TAXES, FEES that were included in my plan WHEN I SIGNED UP. I believe Tuesday I will contact the NYSAG office, I'm through with them!
